Martin Piller made the most of his second season on the 2010 Nationwide Tour, with 2 wins, and finished 8th on the money list. The improvements he has made over the years that we have worked together are obvious in his play. What may not be obvious is his extreme determination and dedication that it took to get to this level. It will be exciting to continue working together as he plays in golf's biggest stage, the PGA Tour. (Right) - Martin wins the Nationwide Cox Classic at Omaha! And with his second win this year he secures his PGA Tour Card for 2011! This victory moved the second year pro from Texas A&M, from the #10 spot to #3 on the money list with $318,621. TOLEDO, — Texas A&M was not short on heroes as it traveled its road to the first NCAA golf championship in school history. Any one of the five Aggies in the lineup this week at Inverness Club can qualify for that role. “This has been story book, not only for me but for the entire team,” Van Zandt said shortly after the Aggies scored a 3-and-2 victory over Arkansas to secure the title. “This is what you dream of. And to have me, a senior, close it out yesterday and Bronson, our other senior, to close it out today, is about as good as it can get. “I never got down one bit at any time this week,” Van Zandt said. “I knew I had a strong team behind me. The thing about college golf is you can make contributions that are way bigger than just a score.” Van Zandt contributed in his final collegiate tournament. And because of that, Texas A&M is leaving Toledo with college golf’s biggest prize. Matt Van Zandt This story is edited from Ron Balickiof of Golf Week (5/30/09) In 2006, Ryan placed 3rd at the NEC , to take his longest consecutive cut streak to 10, which at the time ranked 6th best in the world. At the time, he was also 51st on the money list with over a million dollars in earnings. And had points that placed him 13th. Also, early in 2006, Ryan birdied 4 of the last 5 holes to tie for 2nd at the B.C. Open, just missing a birdie on 18 to force a playoff for the win

In 2005, Ryan overcame a five-stroke deficit with a 10-under 62 on Sunday to capture his first PGA TOUR title at the FUNAI Classic at the Walt Disney World Resort, roaring by VJ Singh by 3 shots. His 62 was the lowest closing round by a winner on the Tour in more than 2 years. "What a feeling," Palmer said. "I knew I could play. It was a matter of proving it to myself." This win jumped Ryan from 91st to 37th on the money list.

Neil and Ryan in In 2004, Ryan finished 2nd at the Southern Fam Bureau Classic, shooting rounds of 69,68,66, and 64.
