DIVINE MERCY CHAPLET

Opening Hymn Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament Incense (Moment of Meditation) Chaplet

1. The Sign of the Cross: P: In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. 2. Opening : P: You expired, , but the source of life gushed forth for souls, and the ocean of mercy opened up for the whole world. O Fount of Life, unfathomable Divine Mercy, envelop the whole world and empty Yourself out upon us. All: O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fount of mercy for us, I trust in You! [3X] 3. Our Father… 4. Hail Mary… 5. The Apostle's Creed: P: I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord: Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary; suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried. He descended into hell; the third day He arose again from the dead; He ascended into heaven, sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the living and the dead. All: I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the communion of Saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.

Act of entrustment of the world to Divine Mercy All: God, merciful Father, in your Son, Jesus Christ, you have revealed your love and poured it out upon us in the Holy Spirit, the comforter. We entrust to you today the destiny of the world and of every man and woman. Bend down to us sinners, heal our weakness, conquer all evil, and grant that all the peoples of the earth may experience your mercy. In you, the Triune God, may they ever find the source of hope. Eternal Father, for the sake of the sorrowful Passion and Resurrection of your Son, have mercy on us and upon the whole world. Amen.
