從電動機車到 4樓 電動自行車 M2001 如果你不是台灣人，那你可能沒聽過 GreenTrans。然而，在台灣 這個島國中，在強大的母企業內援下，GreenTrans可是電動機車的領 導品牌。 現在，GreenTrans放眼全球電動車市場，極欲挑戰一線大廠如 Bosch、Panasonic、Yamaha及Shimano。這話可是語出驚人，但 GreenTrans卻是表現得淡定。他們的策略是要提供 OE廠商最大限度的 彈性，同時要調度母企業的資源來擴展競爭優勢。 他們的資金來源，很顯然是來自位於桃園市的 GreenTrans總部。 而這只是中華汽車公司所擁有的一間子公司，中華汽車在台灣的主要業 務為Mitsubishi汽車及貨車的組裝。 中華汽車是台灣第二大的汽車製造商，但是他的母公司就更巨大 了：裕隆集團，共有64個子公司，年度營業額高達115億美元。 GreenTrans創立於2009年，是中華汽車聚焦於環保綠能載具的 子公司，而他們在電動機車市場上打了勝仗。 現今，他們要基於電動機車的科技來生產電動自行車的系統。但 他們目前並沒有生產整車的計畫。 「 Green- Trans對於OE客 戶，並不只是生產 一套系統，而要客 戶全盤接受。不 同的是，我們提供 更佳的彈性，讓 OE客戶可選擇中 置或後置馬達系 統，更提供多種 電池的對策。」 GreenTrans總經 理王軒國說道。 在去年12

月，GreenTrans GreenTrans團隊正介紹最新的電動車中置馬達系統。 開始生產搭載 spline axle中置馬 達，這表示了可以相容於有安裝前變速器的雙盤或三盤的車種，更可以 調整為皮帶傳動。在現今的電動系統中，中置馬達的系統並沒有如此大 的彈性。 這顆馬達可產生最高達70nm的扭力，超越多數的同級產品－並且 運轉聲音出奇的小。 GreenTrans依版本可分為最高限速25、35、45公里三種。馬達 的最大輸出為500瓦(48伏特)以及400瓦(36伏特)共兩種系統。針對北 美市場，額定輸出分為250瓦或350瓦。 「迷你直驅系統」(Slim Direct Drive)是一顆提供40 Nm的後置馬 達，是MTB的改裝系統，因為這可適用於搭載10速飛輪及快拆裝置。 GreenTrans也同樣提供兩種電池對策：裝置於後貨架上或是下 管。扭力感測計內建於五通處，而安裝於車把上的顯示幕相當的大，即 便是騎士在騎乘時也能一目瞭然。這對於第一代的產品來說，成熟度是 出奇的高。 GreenTrans也大膽的測試系統：其中有一項測試為模擬10萬公里 的騎乘－這可是等同於繞行地球兩圈半的距離。 對於OE市場來說，除了好產品之外，更要有好的服務。Green- Trans選擇與德國公司Awama合作成立歐洲服務中心。Awana總部位 於Rüsselsheim，鄰近於法蘭克福機場。 現在，就讓單車製造商決定是否採用GreenTrans的系統，這最 快也要到2016年產品才會見到。在電動車這個高度競爭的市場裡， GreenTrans毫不設限，未來的前途看來是一片光明。 ■ LvR 30 Taipei Show Daily Wednesday, March 18, 2015
