Electoral Districts Amendment Act, 2000 2000 Electoral Districts (Amendment) SBC Chap. 14 Section 1 ELECTORAL DISTRICTS AMENDMENT ACT, 2000 CHAPTER 14 Assented to June 29, 2000 HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of. the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows: 1 Schedule 2 of the Electoral Districts Act, S.B. C. 1999, c. 31, is repealed and the following substituted: Schedule 2 Areas and Boundaries of Electoral Districts 1 Abbotsford - Clayburn The Abbotsford - Claybum Electoral District is all that portion of the Province of British Columbia con­ tained within the following boundaries: Commencing at the intersection of the southerly prolongation of the centreline of Gladwin Road and the centreline of Highway 1; thence westerly along the centreline of Highway 1 to the centreline of Clearbrook Road; thence southerly along the centreline of Clearbrook Road produced to the centreline of King Road; thence easterly along the centreline of King Road to the northerly prolongation of the centreline of Clearbrook Road; thence southerly to and along the centreline of Clearbrook Road produced to the southerly boundary of the Province of British Columbia; thence easterly along the southerly boundary of the Province of British Columbia to an intersection with the centreline of Sumas Way; thence northerly along the centreline of Sumas Way to the centreline of Marshall Road; thence easterly along the centreline of Marshall Road to the southerly prolongation of the centreline of McMillan Road; thence northerly to and along the centreline of McMillan Road produced to the centreline of High Drive; thence westerly along the centreline of High Drive produced to the centreline of Old Claybum Road; thence northeasterly along the centreline of Old Claybum Road to the centreline of McKee Drive; thence southeasterly along the centreline of McKee Drive produced to the centreline of McKee Road; thence northeasterly along the centreline of McKee Road produced to the centreline of Upper Sumas Mountain Road; thence northerly along the centreline of Upper Sumas Mountain Road to the centreline of Dawson Road; thence westerly along the centreline of Dawson Road to the easterly boundary of the west half of Section 6, Township 20, East of the Coast Meridian; thence northerly along the easterly boundaries of the west halves of Sections 6 and 7, Township 20 to the northeast comer of said west half of Section 7; thence northerly along the easterly boundary of the Fractional west half of Fractional Section 18, Township 20 to the northeast comer thereof, being a point on the left bank of Fraser River; thence due North to the middle line of Fraser River; thence in a general westerly direction along the middle line of Fraser River to the northerly prolongation of the centreline of Gladwin Road; thence southerly to and along the centreline of Gladwin Road produced to the centreline of Highway 1, being the point of commencement. SHARPE@, towed by the ASEA CAP XII@, struck the underside of the Knight Street Bridge at 1345 local time, damaging the bridge and the fixtures secured underneath its deck.
