True Parents’ Message and News English Version No. 55 天一國 7年 天曆 FEBRUARY 1 2019 ARTICLE ONE Recent Developments as We Move toward Vision 2020 By Young-ho Yun hree years ago, we could not say that we could achieve national resto- ration. Amidst opposition, the mission field was in tatters. True Mother said, “Let us gain strength and march forward.” In 2017, Mother wanted to review our progress to that point. For a proclama- Ttion to come true, we need a careful strategy. Strategizing is a part of jeongseong. Mother initiated the heavenly tribal messiah movement and connected it to the national true family movement. Last year, after True Mother had completed her world tour, four thousand five hundred leaders gathered here. With these leaders, we could see a way forward. That is why, during the Inaugural Rally of the Cheon Il Guk International Association of Heavenly Tribal Messiahs (February 17), we had Rev. Mark Abernathy and a government official from Cambodia speak. The Cheon Il Guk International Association of Heavenly Tribal Messiahs is a universal values movement. We aim to have national-level Blessing Ceremonies, which is why we developed the heavenly tribal mes- siah curriculum and have launched HTM Academies in different regions. We are moving forward centered on Mother. We had no foundation in Senegal, but Mother showed us. She goes into the most difficult situa- tions and brings victory. Mother is showing us the path to victory. That’s why Mother went to a Muslim nation in Africa. National restoration includes a Blessing Ceremony cohosted by the government and a Summit cohosted by the government. -
40 Years in America 4 When a Person Prays Earnestly for Understanding, Should He Not Listen and Be Guid- Ed by the Answers and Revelations He Receives? Yes, He Should
The Early Mission 1959 1971 Rev, Moon creating the Washington, D.C. Holy Ground on March 14, 1965. It is next to a large evergreen in the middle of the lawn, west of the Capitol Building. THE MASTER SPEAKS Rev. Sun Myung Moon These questions and answers have been transcribed from tapes made during our Leader’s sessions with members and guests at Centers throughout the United States during his trip in March and April 1965. Since God is the source of life, power, happiness and joy, you always long to go to Him. If God chose an instrument, an agency on earth to dwell with Him and be with Him to a greater extent than any other person, would your spirit not long to be with that one? In this way, the hearts of the people of the whole world will be turned to one center. When you long to see a man or a woman, any human being, your longing or your love is one-sided. But when you long to see God or His representative, or the being with whom God dwells, then your feeling would be that of joy and love, a harmonious feeling with the world, and a mysterious joy and power within yourself. It is a universal feeling direct- ed to all people and all things, not just toward one man or one woman. When your longing to be with one with whom God dwells is strong, then your spiritual experiences start. In our group, we do not make any effort to develop our psychic abilities.
