Mantra Wing was constructed in 2003 with a carpet area of 30,000 sq. ft and 42 spacious rooms for the bloss- oming buds. Vision Udaan "Udaan Wing” was built during 2006-2013 with an area of 1,00,000 sq. ft. The vision behind laying the foundation of Udaan Wing was to sow the seeds for brightening the prospects of students. It is achieved through amalgamating conventional school curriculum with competitive exams for futuristic career endeavors. Vision Petals "Petals Wing” was planned in 2014 and this massive structure of 80,000 sq. ft came into operation in April 2015 within a short span of 10 months. Petals wing has distinctive 16 elevated classrooms with Apple TV and 96 hostel rooms. Vision Paradise It is yet another amboyant feather in the wings of vision family. Breaking the traditional concept of classroom design, this mammoth structure was constructed during 2015-2017 with an area of 40,000 sq. ft. The most amazing fact about this wing is that it’s constructed over a huge pond with a proper system of water harvesting. Osho Anand Auditorium The school auditorium is in the nal stage of construction. Equipp- ed with the latest acoustics, amazing audio visual quality, ergono- mically designed seats with study experience package and being fully air-conditioned, it will have a seating capacity of 2200. Infrastructure Girls Hostel Providing safety and emotional security to the ‘girl-child’ was the foundation on which the hostel was established in the year 2007. AC and Non AC rooms are well equipped to cater to the needs of 355 girls. Wardens along with the support-sta ensure that both discipline and hygiene is inculcated into the routine of the girls. Petals Hostel The hostel building became functional in the year 2015. It has 96 spacious rooms which can accommodate 360 boys comfortably. The wardens ensure that the students strictly follow discipline and maintain hygiene. A small clinic is also located here to provide medical aid to the needy students round the Clock. Paradise Hostel With the aim of providing a comfortable residential facility to our hostlers, the paradise hostel was inaugurated in the year 2016-17. 365 boys can be easily accomodated in the various rooms which are not only spacious but also equipped with air-conditioners. The wardens keep a strict vigil on the schedule of all the children. Harsh-Deep Hostel Constructed during 2006-2013 with a built up area of 60,000 sq. ft MVA pays regards to the valuable contributions of Mr. Govind Patidar for giving shape to this edice. It is a boy’s habitation with a capacity of 600 students. Swad Sansad Swad Sansad designed in 2008 is one of the favorite places for the students where they rejoice delicious & healthy food. Mr.Jaiprakash Chouksey, a prolic writer gave this captivating name “Swad Sansad.” The total area of the three dining halls is 16,000 sq. ft with a capacity to accommodate 1,500 students at a time. IIT Dharwad presently has eight Departments namely Biological Sciences and Bioengineering, Chemistry, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Humanities and Social Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics and Physics.
