THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE WEST RIDING OF 30 m.p.h. SPEED LIMITS Restriction and Derestriction of Roads Notice is hereby given that the County Council of the intend to make an Order under the Road Traffic Act, 1960, the effect of which will be that the roads specified in the First Schedule hereto shall become restricted roads for the purposes of Section 19 of the Road Traffic Act, 1960 and that the roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto shall cease to be restricted roads for the purposes of the said Section 19: FIRST SCHEDULE Roads to be subject to a Speed Limit of 30 m.p.h.
