After the launch of HGTV’s Home Town, we were approached by overseas companies for furniture line development with national distribution. Growing up in North Carolina, Ben remembered the small factory towns that had been shuttered and left empty when manufacturing moved overseas. Thinking of the countless American families who suffered in the aftermath, we knew there had to be a better way to make furniture. Vaughan-Bassett, the largest manufacturer of wooden residential furniture in the United States, is committed to their hometown of Galax, Virginia, just like we are committed to our hometown of Laurel, Mississippi. We’ve partnered to create a line of furniture crafted by 600 American workers in southwest Virginia. LMCo. Passageways Home Collection is now available in stores across the United States. If we’re going to be serious about revitalizing small town America, we have to be serious about making things in America. 1 FINISHES Passageways provides multiple styling options designed specifically for today’s lifestyle. FINISHES The four storage options include a six drawer dresser, five drawer chest, door chest and three drawer nightstand. The beautiful oak 140 CHARLESTON BROWN DISTRESSED BLACK grain is accentuated by a wire brushing technique that gives the NICKEL DRAWER PULL collection a timeless weathered look and feel. Each storage piece is adorned with a custom metal drawer pull finished in distressed black nickel or antiqued pewter. The louvered bed offers a transitional low-profile footboard and pairs effortlessly with the routed drawer fronts on each storage piece. The mansion bed leans more traditional in style with return moldings and coped framing.
