22 Commonly asked Questions and Answers Notes: Can I use the Tempur-Pedic® foundation with a mattress from another brand? • Constructed with premium, Yes, our foundation is compatible with any mattress on the market today. Is this product separately warranted? Yes, this new foundation has a separate 20-year limited warranty: first 10 years full coverage and second 10 years prorated coverage. However, this warranty is only valid when the mattress and the appropriate Tempur-Pedic foundation are USED together as a Swedish Sleep System.

Is the warranty on a floor model transferable to one of our customers? Floor models should only be sold in sets to include both the mattress and foundation. If you choose to sell a floor model to a customer, the customer purchase date is also the warranty start date.

Will this new foundation work with A Customer’s existing bed (or bed frame)? The foundation’s dimensional specs are within industry standards allowing for use of conventional furniture and bed frames. It is worth noting that due to the weight of the foundation, we recommend use of a high quality frame with center support/slats/etc.

How to Fit a Pillow • 3-year limited warranty

Based on the customer’s build, you should be able to make a fairly quick determination as to which size would be a good starting point for the fitting process (when in doubt, start with a Medium). 1. Place the first pillow under the customer’s neck. 2. Give them a moment to adjust to the unique feeling. 3. Switch the customer to the next largest size, asking the question, “Which is more comfortable?” 4. Based on their responses, continue to switch the pillows (similar to an eye test) until you find one that is “best” and provides proper alignment of their head, neck and spine.
