Artists have re-purposed this machine to make quick and easy

ceramics plastic printing screens similar to screen printing. Underglazes can pass freely through the screen to provide direct imagery on to clay surfaces. Creating thermo-fax screens from xeroxed images and the process of screening underglazes through the screens directly on to a clay surface will be demonstrated. Images can be screened on leather-hard greenware and bisque ware with standard underglazes, as well as on glazed ware with special underglaze products.
