Honoured sir, It is to submit that a report regarding credible information has been received to the effect that Sri Alluri Seshaphani, Tahsildar, Allagadda Mandal, Kurnool district, Andhra Pradesh (here-in-after referred to as the AO) being a public servant, acquired

and possessed assets far d isproportionate to the known sources of his income which the Public Servant cannot satisfactorily account for.

The AO Sri Alluri Seshaphani is working as Tahsildar, Allagadda Mandal, Kurnool districtand residing in bearing H.No.2Bl1053-43, Saibaba Nagar, Ward No.28, Nandyal Town, Kurnool district.

Starting of his career, initially the AO was recruited as Deputy Tahsildar in Revenue Department on 13-1 1-2000 and worked as Deputy Tahsildar, Administrative Officer in the O/o RDO, Nandyal, Adoni and Tahsildar, Bandi Atmakur of Kurnool district and presently working as Tahsildar, Allagadda Mandal, Kurnool district.

The AO indulged in corrupt practices, extracted illegal gratifications from those who approached him for service and he is carrying bad reputation as corrupt officer.

The AO during the course of his service, acquired the following assets in his name and in the names of his family members.

The disproportionate assets of the Ao are approximately worked out as follows:- a) Total assets of the AO : Rs.97,89,000/- b) Total income of AO : Rs.45,24,4901- c) Total expenditure of AO : Rs.23,00,000/- d) Likely savings of AO : Rs.22,24,4901- (lncome - Expenditure) e) Disproportionate Assets : Rs.75,64,510/- (Assets - Likely Savings) As such, the AO has derived income by way of drawing pay at Bandi Atmakur, Nandyal, Adoni and Allagadda of Kurnool district during tenure of his service and he has purchased immovable assets at Nandyal and other places of Kurnool district and basing on the information of acquisition of d isp roportionate assets by the Ao for which he cannot satisfactorily account for and as it constitutes an offence punishable U/sec. 13(1)(b) of Prevention of corruption (Amendment) Act, 2018, the Joint Directo(R), Anti- corruption Bureau, AP, Vijayawada has authorized sri M. Nagabhushanam, lnspector of Police, Kurnool Range, Kurnool to register a case and investigate against sri Alluri seshaphani, Tahsildar, Allagadda(Ao) vide his proceedings No. c.No.16/RCA- JD(Ry201 8 dt. 24-12-2018.

Hence, this case is registered as cr.No.1B/RCA-KUR/2018 Uisec. i3(1)(b) of Prevention of corruption (Amendment) Aci, 201g and took up investigation.
