5. Entries and Entry Fee

5.1 Entries shall be made using the Official Entry Form available on the YCC’s website (www.yccapri.org) and shall be delivered completed in full not later than 31st March 2011 accompanied by a non refundable entry fee of (Euro) € 500 (Five Hundred) for boat under 50 feet and (Euro) € 800 (Eight Hundred) for boats over 50 feet.

5.2 However, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to admit registrations after deadline. In this case, the registration fee will be subject to a 50% increase

6. Programme The programme will be as follows: Tuesday 24th Inspection, Registration and Briefing Wednesday 25th Race(s) Thursday 26th Race(s) Friday 27th Race(s) Saturday 28th W-L Race, Prize Giving

Race(s) means: Coastal and/or W-L courses. A maximum of nine races may be sailed. A minimum of 3 races shall be completed to constitute a Series. All races will have coefficient 1. For the series: X 41s will sail only W-L courses. Swan Yachts, Comet 45s, Comet 41s and Mylius 14E55 will sail W-L courses and only one coastal race. Oyster yachts will sail only Coastal courses

7. Insurance

It is the responsibility of the owner to provide insurance for the yacht, extended also during sailing competition, with civil liability coverage and coverage for eventual damages to things or persons higher or equal to (Euro) € 1.000.000 (one million).

8. Scoring & Handicapping

8.1 The Low Point Scoring System of RRS Appendix “A” shall apply. There shall be no discard (Amends RRS Appendix A2).

8.2 The ORC results will be on corrected time as calculated by the ORC International. For W-L races constructed courses shall apply. In case the necessary data for the application of constructed courses is not available the ILC method shall be used. For coastal races the GPH handicap shall apply.

8.3 Swans and X 41s will be scored in elapsed time.

9. Racing Area and Charts

The racing area will be on the waters around the Island of Capri.

Nautical Charts referred to in the Sailing Instructions are: 9 -10 -127 -129 -130 -131 -913 -914 ­915 Italian charts of the Istituto ldrografico della Marina.
