To honor this important date and to educate and energize people around his values of justice, non- violence, and collective action, we invite you to join us throughout the month of March by organizing a Chavez Citrus Freeze Campaign in your community. Farm workers face a time of crisis, and we need your help. On January 12th, California was hit by a week-long freeze that devastated the Central Valley’s citrus industry and will most likely leave 28,000 farm workers unemployed.
