There are 240 chapters of HKN across the world with over 300,000 members

HKN was founded at the University of Illinois, Urbana- Champaign in 1904 by Maurice Carr. Penn State’s Epsilon Chapter was shortly after on December 4, 1909. PROMINENT HKN MEMBERS

Payment Initiation Fee - $70 Time Commitments Students will be required to contribute 2 hours of time • $60 IEEE-HKN Nationals per semester to the organization in order to maintain • $10 Epsilon Chapter active membership status.
