  • Cavs New Players By: Anthony Gedeon
Cavs New Players By: Anthony Gedeon The Cleveland Cavaliers have had some rough spots in the first half of the season, but all of that is behind them as the second half is under way and there are some new faces being introduced. The Cavs have added two new players to the roster. The newer one, Deron Williams, had his first game with the Cavs March 1st against the Boston Celtics. Williams had an almost perfect debut with the Cavs until he missed the clutch shot that would have put the Cavs down by one and given them a chance to win. In the game he went 2 for 8 from the field and he also played 23 minutes. He also have 2 rebounds and 2 assists. The other new player Derrick Williams has not been on the team for long and is playing very well with the Cavaliers. In the recent game against against Boston, he went 5 for 10 from the field and went 2 for 5 from the 3 point line he had 13 points in the game and he played 31 minutes. He had 3 rebounds 1 steal and 1 block. Also the Cavs are thinking about signing him for the rest of the season. Andrew Bogut is another player that the Cavs have just sign after he was traded from Dallas to the 76er’s and was waived by the 76er’s because of his inability to stay healthy. In Bogut’s first game with the cavs he fractured his leg within the first minute.
