Elevations range from 7,500 up to 10,000 feet. You’ll find a montane- shrubland ecosystem in the lower reaches consisting of a pinon/juniper mix with traditional deciduous forage including scrub oak, manzanita, serviceberry, mountain mahogany, skunkbrush, snowberry and bitterbrush.
