Hardware Installation
Step 1: Turn off your PC, unplug the power Card and open the case of PC.
Step 2: Remove the mini PCIe Slot cover as below.
Step 3: Plug USB3.0 PCIe card in mini PCIe Slot and install the bracket screw that secures the card to the computer chassis.
Step4: Replace the computer chassis cover, reconnect the Computer Power Card and turn on your PC.
Driver Installation
1. For Windows® XP/Vista/Win7 (32/64 bit)
2. 1. Please insert the CD driver bound with USB 3.0 4-Port PCI Express Card into your
CD-ROM Drive.
3. 2. At the Windows desktop, click Start, Run.
4. 3. Type“USB3.0 VL805-806\V3.10C_WHQL \Setup.exe”, click OK.

5. 4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
To Verify Driver Installation
Click on the “Device Manager” tab in System Properties, which you access from the
Windows Control Panel. You should see a “VIA USB 3.0 Root Hub” and a “VIA USB eXtensible
Host Controller” under the “Universal Serial Bus controllers” item.
