Inadvertently the Chairman of the Committee of the Whole had called sections which were in the initial application but which had been deleted from the Bill as committed to the Committee of the Whole House. These sections were not properly before the Committee and accordingly the calling of those sections was a nullity. The Hon. G. B. Gardom presented to Mr. Speaker a Message from His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, which read as follows: ROBERT G. ROGERS Lieutenant Governor The Lieutenant Governor transmits herewith Bill (No. 30) intituled Expropriation Act and recommends the same to the Legislative Assembly. Government House, May 16, 1984.
