They were able to provide information on best practices and help facilitate the implementation schedule. They had years of experience with this new feature and helped us define the appropriate reporting to manage our auditing needs. It would have taken us a lot longer to implement Global Security without their assistance.

JHB: Can you describe the Global Security implementation project? Linda: We had two separate engagements, one for a new bank setup and one for our remaining . The first approach was somewhat different from the second because the needs were different.

The team was engaged to review the current user profiles, help us determine the user groups to be interviewed, and see how many user templates were needed for each department. The next step was for the consulting team to develop the templates for us.

A rollout plan and training plan were developed for the initial pilot group and once all templates were successfully tested we rolled out the templates to all of the remaining users. Everything went very well as we transitioned all of our users for multiple banks within a six-week consulting engagement. JHB: How has utilizing a consultant changed the process from what you had in the past?
