Comments about TG Now - Throbbing Gristle

EROROHALO Love the track, "Splitting Sky." Really intense and groovy at the same time.Mine also has two or three grayish spots which don’t affect playback. It could be something to do with the all black color and manufacturing process. Perhaps the grey is just imperfections.... adding character. ;-) Ghordana its not grey, its a different 'cloud' effect from the prinitng on the plastic sleeves - always remove lps from plastic sleeves as they will have a bad effect on the vinyl Joony Thanks God! I thought it's from storing in PVC. I have 4 copies with marks, never played. The marks are different from copy to copy. Made-with-Love It most likely is from storing the record in the PVC sleeve. PVC sleeves rot the vinyl leaving a film on the records and surface noise. Never store vinyl in PVC. Lailace I bought 2 copies at the show in London back in 2004, now I recognized that both copies show SOME GREY MARKS which probably is a manufacturing topig by the factory - or even wanted like this by TG. It looks like dirt, but it's not able to clean and also has no effect on sound. Anyone else discovered the same with his copies? Malien it is due to the printing on the plastic sleeves - the plastic sleeves have a bad reaction to the vinyl, and the printing on them leaves even different marks - remove the lp from the plastic sleeve Nawenadet Yes, Bought a copy from from someone in France and it has the same marks. Was also new from the show.
