Looking at total trip expenditure for visitors that went to farms and wineries (for the whole of 2015-16) and breweries/ distilleries, farm-gates or food markets (from January to June 2016) we begin to get an idea of the sector’s contribution to the economy - both directly (expenditure on these activities) and indirectly (expenditure on other trip activities such as accommodation and transport). In 2015-16, visitors who participated in agritourism activities spent $9.4 billion on their total trip. This includes expenditure of domestic daytrip visitors ($600 million), domestic overnight visitors ($4.1 billion) and international visitors ($4.7 billion). It is important to note that these estimates reflect expenditure on the total trip, not just expenditure on food and wine activities. For some regional economies, the expenditure by agritourists can be a major driver of economic activity. In some regions, the economic value of agritourism is likely to be bigger than the value of the primary produce. And if visitation growth continues to increase like it has over the past five years, agritourism could become an important sector in its own right. Food tourism also provides a draw card from which other regional tourism businesses and experiences can benefit. While a precise value contribution to the economy is not easily derived – one thing is for certain, it is significant, particularly when considering the indirect and flow on benefits that agritourism provides.”2 1 Positioning for prosperity? Thomson continues to build a strong position in the gold prospective Lachlan Fold Belt - aggregate land package now ~2,360 km2 Barellan - EL7896 . Agreement to acquire EL7896 (Barellan) approximately 20km NW of Harry Smith gold project adding a further 71km2 gold prospective land to the Harry Smith gold project . Warrawong gold prospect in the Barellan tenement has one small and shallow historical hard rock Au and Sb working . 2017 diamond drill program by Vendors best intercept, in Hole BRDD002 of 6m at 1.58 g/t Au from 61m (including 1m at 3.43 g/t Au from 67m) Bolaro - ELA6181 . Thomson has lodged an EL application for the land between Barellan and Harry Smith (ELA6181 – Bolaro) to add a further 295 km2 to TMZ’s Lachlan Fold Belt Projects holding Thomson Resources (ASX: TMZ) (Thomson or the Company) advises that it has entered into a binding Terms Sheet to acquire EL7896 (“Barellan tenement”) which is located in the Lachlan Fold Belt in NSW and situated approximately 20km north west of the Harry Smith gold project (see Figure 1). Thomson has also lodged an EL Application for land between the Barellan tenement and the Harry Smith gold project – ELA6181 (Bolaro) (see Figure 1). These 2 EL acquisitions when added to existing EL’s and ELA’s held by Thomson in the Lachlan Fold Belt will increase Thomson’s land holding to an aggregate of just over 2,360 km2. Barellan gold acquisition The current holders of the Barellan tenement are private company Cape Clear (Lachlan) Pty Ltd and ASX listed Carpentaria Resources Ltd (ASX: CAP) (“Vendors”).

    Local plumbing regulators in NSW On-site plumbing and drainage compliance and inspections This document outlines who performs the functions of the plumbing regulator in NSW. Under the Plumbing and Drainage Act 2011 NSW Fair Trading is the plumbing regulator in New South Wales. The Plumbing Code of Australia is the technical standard for compliance throughout NSW. It is the responsibility of the plumbing regulator in each area to set requirements for inspections of on-site plumbing and drainage. Fair Trading’s area of operation includes all areas in which properties are provided with services (either drinking water, recycled water or a sewerage service) by Sydney Water Corporation or Hunter Water Corporation. This area of operation stretches from Gerringong in the south (the Illawarra), to Newcastle, Port Stephens and Dungog in the north (the Hunter), and west to Mount Victoria (Blue Mountains). The function of the plumbing regulator has been delegated by Fair Trading to local councils, county councils, or other qualified bodies. The delegation of the function has been accepted by local and county councils across NSW, with a small number of exceptions where the council declined the delegation.     'Regional Growth' Funding Success

    ‘REGIONAL GROWTH’ FUNDING SUCCESS Regional Development Australia (RDA) Riverina has been successful in its bid for funding from the NSW State Government’s Regional Growth – Marketing and Promotion Fund. Partnering with seven regional councils, RDA Riverina will use the funds to support its ‘Riverina Country Change Campaign’, a program of activities designed to increase investment in the Riverina by attracting new residents and businesses. RDA Riverina Chair Diana Gibbs said the organisation is delighted with the success of the bid. “The Regional Growth – Marketing and Promotion Fund is a new $1 million program that aims to promote the benefits for businesses, investors and skilled works of setting up, investing or moving to regional NSW. “The State Government investment of almost $50,000 adds to the financial contributions of both RDA Riverina and the partnering councils to strategically market the Riverina as a place to live, work and invest.” The Riverina Country Change Campaign comprises four main activities designed to raise the profile of the Riverina: • A promotional campaign in metropolitan areas • Development of a Riverina Investment Prospectus • Updating and refreshing the Country Change website (www.countrychange.com.au) • Hosting a two-day Country Change Expo in Temora in September to showcase surrounding shires to those considering relocating from metropolitan areas. Ms Gibbs said the success of this funding bid is a real testament to the positive impact of collaboration across the region. “We thank each of the seven Riverina councils for supporting RDA Riverina in this application. I would also like to thank Temora Shire Council who worked closely with us on the application.
