WEATHER AND ASSOCIATED SYNOPTIC FEATURES :
1) Last week’s low pressure area over Southeast Arabian sea and adjoining East central Arabian sea persisted on 26 th . It moved West wards and became unimportant on 27 th .
2) An upper air cyclonic circulation lay over Vidarbha adjoining South Madhya Pradesh and extended up to 1.5 km above sea level on 28 th . It lay over Southwest Madhya Pradesh and neighborhood and extended up to 1.5 km above sea level on 29 th and over West Madhya Pradesh and neighborhood and extended up to 0. 9 km above sea level on 30 th . It lay over East Rajasthan and neighborhood and extended up to 0.9 km above sea level on 1 st Dec and over East Rajasthan and adjoining Madhya Pradesh with vertical extension up to 3.1 km above sea level on 2 nd .
3) Generally Northerly to Northwesterly winds prevailed in the lower levels over the region on27th.
15°C recorded at number of stations on 26 th , at Nanded and Nagpur on 27 th , at Nanded on 30 th and 1 st was the lowest minimum temperature over the region during the week.
