Significant Achievements/Awards 1. Successful National Day Celebration in Mongar Gyalpozhing with the Royal Family Members and award of medals by His Majesty of Civilians and Armed Force. 2. Successful conclusion of Draft Constitution discussion by the 4th King with the Public of Mongar in Gyalpozhing. 3. Inauguration of Kurichu Hydorpower Project by then the . 4. Establishment of Weringla in Mongar Kheng 5. Construction of 28 Km drinking water pipeline to Kengkhar Gewog and providing rain water harvesting as non-planned programme. 6. While in RAA, as a head of Division, received AG’s Compliance Assurance Award for recovering Nu. 9.97 million from the agencies in 2002 7. Established Students Welfare Fund Scheme fpr all the school in Mongar as well as in Trashigang and made schooling compulsory for all the children. 8. Instrumental for taking over the Dantak road from Trashingang pam to Rangshikhar. 9. Tenjor (religious script) for the first time was recited in Trahigang pam to Rangshikhar 10. Responsible for bosting of INTOSAI Standing Committee on IT Audit in 2004 by RAA in Buthan. 11. Spearheaded the first AG Act draft of the Kingdom of Bhutan.
