Los correspondientes expedientes obran en la Unidad de Sanciones de la Jefatura Provincial de Tráfico, ante la cual les asiste el derecho de alegar por escrito lo que en su defensa estimen conveniente, con aportación o proposición de las pruebas que consideren oportunas, dentro del plazo de quince días hábiles, contados desde el siguiente al de la publicación del presente en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia. Si en la columna “requerimiento” aparece el número (1), se requiere del denunciado que se cita, titular del vehículo objeto de la denuncia, para que identifique al conductor del mismo en la fecha indicada, haciéndole saber que si incumple la obligación legal de identificación del conductor del vehículo, se iniciará expediente sancionador por infracción al artículo 72.3 de la Ley sobre Tráfico, Circulación de Vehículos a Motor y Seguridad Vial aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 339/1990 (BOE 63, de 14 de marzo), según redacción dada por la Ley 17/2005, de 19 de julio (BOE 172, de 20 de julio). Transcurrido dicho plazo sin que haya hecho uso del derecho para formular alegaciones y/o aportar o proponer pruebas, se dictarán las oportu- nas resoluciones. Málaga, 12 de marzo de 2010.     Slow Tourism Málaga Cicerones Rurales, Slow Tourism Málaga El emprendimiento en turismo slow como medio de mantener la población en nuestro territorio Cicerones Rurales: Slow Tourism Málaga es un proyecto de inno- vación social destinado a fomentar unmodelo de turismo slow en la provincia de Málaga, concretamente en la Axarquía y la Serranía de Ronda, a través del emprendimiento por parte de la población local como medio no sólo de poner en valor los recursos locales, sino también como medio de luchar contra el despoblamiento que sufren estas comarcas malagueñas. El proyecto, financiado por la Diputación Provincial de Málaga y la Obra Social La Caixa, ha formado durante seis meses a 80 per- sonas emprendedoras de las comarcas de la Axarquía y la Serranía de Ronda. A través de estas formaciones, el alumnado ha conocido los recursos locales de sus respectivos territorios y las posibilida- des que ofrecen para crear productos turísticos slow y así, generar actividad económica en los pueblos de la Axarquía y la Serranía de Ronda. Además, han profundizado en el papel de la mujer como depo- sitaria y transmisora de la cultural local. Los talleres también han trabajado la metodología Cicerones Rurales de creación de pro- ductos turísticos, fruto de la cual es el presente catálogo, que reú- ne una decena de actividades de turismo slow en localidades como Algarrobo, Benaque, Benarrabá, Canillas de Aceituno, Jubrique, Montejaque, Nerja, Tolox y Vélez - Málaga Para ello, hemos usado la capacitación, la formación, el trabajo en red y la tecnología para poner en valor historias sobre personas y lugares en la provincia que hay que preservar con el objetivo de promover y mantener la autenticidad de las comunidades locales Asoc.

The group met with the leader Paul at Malaga airport, having arrived on various flights from the UK. We made our way from the arrivals hall to the multi-storey car park, where our minibus was waiting. Leaving the airport, we drove west and then north towards Alhaurin de la Torre, stopping in an area of open Pine forest for an early inspection of the local flora, which did not disappoint. Aristolochia baetica (a Birthwort), Teucrium fruticans (Tree Germander), Ophrys tenthredinifera (Sawfly Orchid), Ophrys ciliata (Mirror Orchid) and Phlomis purpurea were all seen. In addition, Spanish Festoon was spotted and Serin was also heard. Moving on, we stopped at the top of a hill, overlooking Malaga, for our picnic, and a Hoopoe flew over as we parked. Great Tit and Blackcap were heard and several more spikes of Ophrys ciliata were found, as well as Ononis natrix (Yellow Restharrow), Gynandriris sisyrinchium (Barbary Nut) and Vinca difformis (Perriwinkle). We continued our journey on through Alhaurin el Grande, Coin and on up to El Burgo, one of the ‘White Villages’, for which Andalucia is famous.
