,l 9.4.7 lndemnity : The Owner/Vendor hereby covenants that Owner/Vendor or any person claiming under it in law, trust and equity shall, at all times hereafter, indemnify and keep indemnified the Purchaser and its/their heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and assigns and/or their successors-in-interest, of, from and against any loss, damage, costs, charges and expenses which may be suffered by the Purchaser and its/their heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and assigns and/or its/ their successors-in-interest by reason of any defect in title of the Owner/Vendor or any of the representations being found to be untrue. The proposed land will be used as per present nature of land by the present purchaser.

9.4.8 No Objection to Mutation The Owner/Vendor declares that the Purchaser can fully be entitled to mutate its/their names in the record of the B,L.&L.R.O. and/or any other respective authority/authorities and to pay tax or taxes and all \ \ other impositions in its/their own names.
