If you know of any NQTs that are due to qualify over the next few months please ask them to contact the LTA to discuss opportunities and registration. LCC have arranged networks to aid sharing of good practice for NQT teachers. The networks will meet termly at various venues across the county to enable NQTs to network with one another and share good practice. The Summer Term meeting will focus on Phonics. The sessions we will explore the six phonic phases as exemplified in “Letters and Sounds”. Practical ideas for planning, teaching and assessment of phonics will be shared.
