The fall semester USC U-Pass is $120.75 – good from August 12, 2019, to January 19, 2020.

The Universal College Student Transit Pass (U-Pass) program upgrades your existing USC student ID to a transit pass.

Once you have purchased a USC U-Pass, you’ll receive a sticker featuring smart-chip technology. It’s good for unlimited rides on all Metro bus and rail lines, Culver CityBus, GTrans, LADOT-DASH, , , Montebello Bus Lines, Norwalk Transit, and Santa Monica for the entire fall semester. Your USC U-Pass works like a TAP card; just tap on the dial each time you board a bus or train. Fall semester passes are valid from August 12, 2019, to January 19, 2020. Eligibility: Must be a registered graduate student.

To purchase your USC U-Pass: Your U-Pass purchase is final. No refunds will be issued. No exceptions. 1. Complete the mandatory registration survey at: lametro.formstack.com/forms/upass_usc. 2. Purchase your U-Pass sticker for $120.75 (plus card fee) at https://transnet.usc.edu/. Go to manage account and create your account. 3. Bring survey confirmation page, payment confirmation page, proof of registration (registration confirmation page) and your USC student ID to one of the following locations: UPC Pick Up Pick up at USC Transportation office Monday – Thursday 10am– 3pm HSC Pick Up Pick up at 1975 Zonal Av Inside KAM 120 Monday– Thursday Noon– 1pm

For renewal process: 1. Pay $120.75 at the Transportation Office. 2. Make sure that your U-Pass card is tapped on the CPOS machine to ensure activation. The U-Pass is non-transferable and will be deactivated if found to be used by someone other than the authorized purchaser.
