Le serie Invention Story e Adventures in Duckport sono state vendute a DKids in un contratto di durata biennale
4 settembre 2017 – Mondo TV, uno dei più grandi produttori europei e distributori di contenuti di animazione, ha annunciato la vendita di due tra le proprie più importanti produzioni a Discovery Channel Middle East, per il canale DKids che trasmette in tutta la regione del Medio Oriente e del Nord Africa: Adventures in Duckport e Invention Story.
Adatta ai bambini di età compresa tra 4-8 anni e con molti dei personaggi derivati dalla property Suzy's Zoo, Adventures In Duckport (52 x 11’) evoca un modo di vivere più semplice e i suoi personaggi accattivanti e le linee narrative coinvolgenti riscuoteranno successo in molti territori della regione.
Invention Story è una serie 3D CGI HD (104 x 11 ') ugualmente destinata ai bambini più piccoli, ma con un tema molto diverso. Il personaggio principale è Kit, una volpe intelligente, profonda e creativa che, in ogni episodio, crea una nuova invenzione, che delizia i conigli che abitano Carrot Town e fa infuriare Silas, il geloso sindaco.
Entrambi gli spettacoli andranno in onda sul canale pay DKids in Medio Oriente e Nord Africa come parte di un accordo di trasmissione biennale a partire dal 2018.
L'accordo è rilevante per il Gruppo, in quanto DKids è un canale televisivo per bambini di proprietà di Discovery Communications, e lanciato nel 2016 attraverso la regione MENA, il canale è disponibile esclusivamente su beIN (canale 110) con trasmissione in inglese e in arabo, dando grande supporto allo sviluppo dei piani L & M nella regione.

Mondo TV announces major new sales to Middle East market
Invention Story and Adventures in Duckport sold to DKids in two-year deal
4 September 2017 : Mondo TV, one of the largest European producers and distributors of animated content, has announced the sale of two major animated productions to Discovery Channel Middle East children’s broadcaster DKids: Adventures in Duckport and Inventions Story. Both shows will appear in 2018.
Targeted at children aged 4-8 and featuring many of the characters from the wildly popular Suzy’s Zoo property, Adventures In Duckport (52 x 11’) brings Suzy Ducken and her friends Jack Quacker, Penelope O’Quinn, Corky Turtle and others to life in a cast of friendly animals who try to be helpful and save the day — although things don’t always go according to plan. The show evokes a simpler way of living, and its endearing characters and engaging plotlines are certain to inspire success across a wide range of broadcast territories.
The 3D CGI HD series Invention Story (104 x 11’) is also an animated show for younger children but with a very different theme. The main character is Kit, an intelligent, thoughtful and very creative fox, who, in each episode, comes up with a new invention, delighting the rabbit inhabitants of Carrot Town and infuriating Silas, their angry, jealous mayor.
Both shows will appear on pay TV on DKids in the Middle East as part of a two-year broadcast deal. Adventures in Duckport will launch in 2018.
