All players and staff need to be in attendance 30 mins prior to their first official activity. Clubs to assemble 30 mins prior start in the area next to the Hockey Fields (see attached maps) Each TAC Club is to provide a chaperone, who are to make themselves known to Sophie Timms upon arrival. All players will wear numbered clothing corresponding to list attached. If no numbered clothing will be worn, clubs will be requested to clearly ID players with number sent to central office on their shoulders and lower legs (similar to triathletes) with marker pen supplied. Nominated Security person from region will be responsible to make sure “home area” is secure.
