1. System requirements Before using the ES3-150 TV Tuner Card, check if your system meets the following requirements:

3. Installing the ES3-150 TV Tuner Card

IMPORTANT: • Install the ES3-150 TV Tuner Card into your before installing the driver and utilities from the bundled support CD. • If you have previously installed another TV tuner card in your computer, uninstall the software and the card before installing the ES3-150.

To install the ES3-150 TV Tuner Card into your computer:

1. Turn off your computer and unplug it from the power source. 2. Remove the system cover. 3. Remove the bracket opposite the PCIe slot that you intend to use. Keep the screw for later use. 4. Align the card connector with the slot and press firmly until the card is completely seated on the slot. 5. Secure the card to the chassis with the screw you removed earlier. 6. Replace the system cover.

4. Installing the ES3-150 driver and utilities 4.1 Installing the driver and utilities automatically To install the driver and utilities automatically:

1. Turn on your computer. 2. Windows® automatically detects the TV tuner card and displays the Found New Hardware Wizard window. Click Cancel. 3. Place the support CD into the optical drive. An autorun screen appears if Autorun is enabled on your computer. 4. Select WinXP/Vista/, then click Smart install wizard. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.

NOTE: Smart install wizard installs all the driver and utilities for your TV tuner card and synchronizes the TV country settings with your OS.

4.2 Installing the driver and utilities manually To install the driver and utilities manually:

1. Turn on your computer. 2. Windows® automatically detects the TV tuner card and displays the Found New Hardware Wizard window. Click Cancel. 3. Place the support CD into the optical drive. An autorun screen appears if Autorun is enabled on your computer. 4. Select WinXP/Vista/Windows 7, then click Install Driver. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation. 5. Select the utility that you want to use on your computer. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
