In the following pages of this guide you will find information regarding our services and the many things to see in the Roseburg and the Umpqua Valley. Our staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Once again, thank you for choosing Riverfront Inn for your visit. We invite you back to our picturesque, historic town. Check In Generally 2:00 pm. If the room is ready prior to that time, it’s yours!

Check Out 11:00 am. If you need more time, contact the Riverfront Inn front desk. Luggage assistance and storage are also available.

Breakfast A Continental Breakfast is served daily in the lobby from 7:00 am to 10:00 am.

Front Desk Our staff is available 24 hours daily. If you need assistance please dial “0” on room phone or 541-672-4836. For a emergencies dial 911.

Fax A fax machine is available at the Riverfront Inn front desk. Our fax number is 541-672-4557. The charge is $1.00 per page to send a fax. There is no charge for incoming faxes.

Wireless Internet Available at no cost. For the current internet passwords, please call the Riverfront Inn front desk.

Pets We love our pets here! However not every room is a pet room. There is also a pet fee of $25 per night. Please notify us, of any “furry friends” you have accompanying you on your visit. Undeclared pets will accrue a non- disclosed pet fee of $150. Please keep your pet quiet at all times. We have a beautiful garden area in the back of our property. Please feel free to take your pet out back to use the two grassy areas. We have provided several clean up stations for your convenience. Pets are never allowed to be left unattended in the rooms.

Gift Certificates Available for purchase through the front desk at the Riverfront Inn.

Housekeeping Housekeeping will clean your room daily. To request extra towels or bedding, contact the Riverfront Inn front desk. If you do not want service, please notify the front desk or hang the “Privacy Please” sign on your door.

Ice & Drink Vending Ice buckets are provided in Riverfront Inn Rooms. The ice is located on the first level under the stairs near 211. Both are available at all hours. Tea, coffee, and hot chocolate are available in the Front Office 7am-11pm.

Refrigerators There are refrigerators located in all rooms. Depending on space available, items requiring refrigeration may be stored in the Riverfront Inn lobby refrigerator.

Iron, Ironing Boards, Single coffee brewers are available in all rooms. Irons, & Coffee ironing boards are available by request.

Microwaves Microwaves available upon request, based on availability; contact the front desk at the Riverfront Inn.

Lost and Found If you have left an item, please contact the Riverfront Inn front desk. We will be happy to ship it back to you.

Need Something Else If you forgot toothpaste, tooth brush, razors, shaving cream, or a comb; if you need extra shampoo, conditioner, or bar soap; extra cups, plates, plastic silverware, coffee or tea; extra towels, wash cloths, pillows or blankets; contact the front desk. We will do what we can to help you out!

Swimming Pool Swimming Pool is seasonal. Pool is open from 10am to 10pm. The pool is for registered guests only. No visitors are allowed without prior approval from management. Please observe all posted regulations, as there is no lifeguard on duty, and swimming is at your own risk. In case of an emergency call 911 and notify the front desk.

Smoking Policy Here at Riverfront Inn Roseburg we have a non- smoking policy! Our non-smoking rooms have been serviced and sanitized for our non-smoking guests. Smoking in a non-smoking room will subject you to a $150 fee. Please note this includes balconies! Smoking is only permitted in the garden area or 10 feet away from all doors and windows. Smoking rooms are available upon request.
