Lopez, ABS-CBN Corporation Chairman Emeritus Eugenio Lopez III, and Concert Pianist Jovianney Emmanuel Cruz Ang Misyon & The Orchestra of the Filipino Youth Orchestra Conductor Ang Misyon is anchored on the belief that social change can take place through the learning of orchestral music. Through its projects the organization hopes to enhance the country’s identity by creating alternative career paths in classical music and redeveloping the arts & culture scene. Its members are hand-picked for their talent, passion, and need. Since its inception in 2012, OFY scholars have rendered numerous performances in various venues in Metro Manila as well as in Isabela, Pampanga, Batangas, Laguna, Cavite, Iloilo and Dumaguete.
