How long does a simple request like this take? I am not feeling that you are responsive, especially now that the governor has made it public.

Colonel,

We received 4 more requests from the Unicorn Riot last night. We shouldn't pass all these off to OHS if we have the records. Unless you say otherwise, I'm going to run them all through the AG's office and let you know what we should send. ETS will have to do the email queries for us. That order/request for that will have to come from the AG's office.

Here are a couple of points for consideration:

1) We don't know about redacting the captains' and ' names, though: they did not do so, but is that an oversight? Also, is there any concern with naming the commander in ND?

2) The memo mentions a PowerPoint presentation. That presentation seems to be something we may need to withhold per the law. Let's discuss this further when the Colonel has a chance to review.

3) Should the letter be addressed to "Mr. McDaniel"?

Let us know your thoughts. We'll be around Monday.

Kim,

I sent you everything I generated. I did not send emails that others generated - under the assumption they would. Please let me know if you need anything else.

A few of the requests have asked for emails related to this deployment. Captain Walther and I have spoken to the AG's Office about how to obtain these. We figure the easiest way would be to have all of the folks that coordinated this effort just send me any emails that you have on this matter. We have redacted some things from the information we've already sent out, so we will also be looking at what is in the emails that you send to me. Please get them to me as soon as possible. Thank you very much for your cooperation. Kim :)

I have 98 emails to send you. Is there a way to send them at once?

Wow! I'm not sure. I'll check with Josh and see if he knows a way. Kim :) [Quoted text hidden]

Keith, I checked with both AJ Myers and ETS and there does not seem to be a way to select and send them all at once. ETS is going to do some further checking and call me back but as of now you may just have to send them to me one at a time. https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?ui=2&ik=9f14980967&view=pt&cat=ND%20Pipeline%20Info&search=cat&th=1586a3d5ea638cda&siml=1586a9c383e8395f&s... 2/3 11/18/2016 State of Wyoming Mail - Re: North Dakota Pipeline Emails Kim :) [Quoted text hidden]

Keith, The gal from ETS called me back and said she did some more checking and is not aware of a way to send multiple emails at once so you will probably have to forward them to me one at a time. Sorry. Kim :) [Quoted text hidden]
