I am pleased to inform you that the Plan meets the planning requirements as specified in Manual 2, Planning Policies and Guidelines. This includes grant program planning eligibility in the following categories: • Land and Water Conservation Fund • Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program: Habitat conservation and recreation grants • Boating Facilities Program • Nonhighway and Off-Road Vehicle Activities Program: Trails Planning eligibility is granted for six years and will expire February 24, 2026.
