Location: WHY IS THIS A GOOD EXAMPLE? Faaborg, The Harbour Bath is designed to create a closer link between the city Year: 2014 and the sea. Its space gives access to everyone, and offers multiple ways to approach the water. The project invites swimming and on water activities, as well as encouraging people to go for a walk or just Theme(s): sit in the sun, or simply enjoy an exciting and active public space. DESCRIPTION Owner Faaborg-Midtfyn municipality The Harbor Bath, in the inner city waterfront of Faaborg, is a new public water space that facilitates activities and attracts locals as well as visitors to swim and enjoy water sports, or just experience the fantastic waterfront, adding a new dimension Kanalvej 13, 5600 Faaborg, Denmark of recreational activity to the South Archipelago.
