BCFC secures $125m term loan MANAMA: Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company (BCFC) has secured a $125 million syndicated loan from three leading Bahrain-based banks. In a filing to the Bahrain Bourse yesterday, BCFC said Ahli United Bank, Bank ABC and Gulf International Bank, acting as mandated lead arrangers and book runners (MLABs), successfully closed a $125m five-year term loan facility on its behalf. The facility was signed on December 14 and the funds will be used for refinancing and general corporate activities, BCFC said.
