Stewards’ Decisions – Penalties imposed The Stewards imposed the following penalties during the Race: • a 15 second Time Penalty on Car #23, Dean Fiore, for a Driving Infringement (Careless Driving - contact with Car #67, Shae Davies, at Turn 9); • a PLP on Car #16, Bryce Fullwood, for overuse of the Turn 2 kerbs (Schedule B2, Article 3.12.1); • a 5 second Time Penalty on Car #62, Alex Rullo, for a Driving Infringement (Careless Driving – contact with Car #13, Tyler Greenbury, at Turn 9). Matters from Race 2 (Saturday 3 March 2018: Race Director Incident Determinations The Race Director investigated the Incident involving contact between Car #57, Brodie Kostecki, and Car #62, Alex Rullo, and determined the matter did not warrant referral to the Stewards. Stewards’ Decisions – Penalties imposed The Stewards imposed the following penalties during the Race: • a 15 second Time Penalty on Car #10, Brenton Gove, for a Driving Infringement (Careless Driving - contact with Car #49, Jordan Boys, at Turn 5); • a PLP on Car #18, Matt Chahda, for a Driving Infringement (Reckless Driving – contact with Car #54, Nathan Morcom at Turn 7). Stewards’ Decisions – Penalties imposed Following a post-race investigation and admission of Reckless Driving (Schedule B2, Article 2.1.2) by Car #99, Mason Barbera, the Stewards imposed the penalty of the Loss of 35 2018 Dunlop Super2 Series Points upon Car #99, Mason Barbera. Stewards’ Decisions – Penalties imposed The Stewards imposed a 5 Minute Stop Go Penalty on Car #15, Adam Marjoram, for a breach of the instructions given for the Start Procedure of Qualifying (Authorised Representative briefing – session to start from Pit Lane). Following an investigation and an admission by MW Motorsport of a breach of Rule D13.6 (Parc Ferme for DS2 – undertaking non-permitted activities), the Stewards imposed the penalty of Disqualification on Car #23, Dean Fiore, and Car #62, Alex Rullo. …………………………………………………………………………………………………………….. Sunday 23rd August 2020 Matters from Race 18: Race Director Incident Determinations During the Race the RD conducted an investigation at the request of Triple Eight Race Engineering into an Incident at Turn 4 on Lap 35 when Car #18, Mark Winterbottom, overtook Car #97, Shane van Gisbergen, and contact occurred between the two Cars. After reviewing broadcast footage of the Incident and consulting the DSA, the RD determined that there was no evidence of a breach of the Rules by the Driver of Car #18. Stewards’ Decisions – Penalties imposed The Stewards imposed a 5 second Time Penalty on Car #12, Fabian Coulthard, for a breach of Article 2.1.1 of Schedule B2 (Careless Driving) following contact between Car #12 and Car #2, Bryce Fullwood, at Turn 14 on Lap 15 as a result of which Car #2 was pushed wide and Car #12 gained a position. Matters from Race 17: Race Director Incident Determinations There were no determinations. Stewards’ Decisions – Penalties imposed The Stewards issued the following Penalties during the Race in each case for a breach of Article 2.1.1 of Shcedule B2 (Careless Driving): - A 5 second Time Penalty on Car #55, Jack le Broq, arising out of an Incident at Turn 6 on Lap 23 when Car #55 locked brakes attempting to overtake Car #15, Rick Kelly, causing contact with Car #15 as a result of which Car #55 gained a position; - A 15 second Time Penalty on Car #25, Chaz Mostert, arising out of an Incident at Turn 1 on Lap 34 when Car #25 made contact with Car #8, Nick Percat, as a result of which Car #8 spun and lost positions; - A 15 second Time Penalty on Car #35, Garry Jacobson, arising out of an Incident at Turn 1 on Lap 37 when Car #35 made contact with Car #3, Macauley Jones, which caused Car #3 to spin.

Stewards’ Decisions – Penalties imposed The following penalties were imposed during Race 19: • A 5 second Time Penalty on Car 2, Bryce Fullwood, for a Pit Lane Infringement (unsafe pit release). • A 15 second Time Penalty on Car 3, Tim Slade, for a Driving Infringement (failing to leave racing room for Car 2 on the exit of Turn 13 on Lap 25). Following a post-race DRD investigation into a report received from Supercars Technical during the Race, and an admission by Matt Stone Racing Pty Ltd, that during its compulsory pit stop, Car 35’s brake lock mechanism was not engaged in compliance with Rule C11.4.2.1, the Stewards imposed a fine of $250 on Matt Stone Racing Pty Ltd. Following a post-race DRD investigation (instigated following a request received from Blanchard Racing) and an admission of a breach of the Code of Driving Conduct by Car 2, Bryce Fullwood, the Stewards imposed a penalty of the addition of 5 seconds to the Race Time of Car 2 in Race 19.

On the recommendation of the DSA the RD determined to take no further action because broadcast footage revealed that Car #99 turned in on Car #44 on the entry to Turn 6 which forced Car #44 over the inside kerb. The subsequent contact with Car #99, which pushed Car #99 wide, was a consequence of Car #99 failing to give racing room to Car #44 at the apex of Turn 6. Following an investigation and an admission by Car #26, Shae Davies for a driving infringement, Careless Driving – causing contact to Car #98 Renee Gracie at Turn 14, the Stewards imposed a deduction of 15 Series Points on Car #26, Shae Davies.
