OZARK RADIO NETWORK CONTEST RULES and WAVER OZARK RADIO NETWORK CONTEST RULES 1. All on-air contests indicate the prizes to be awarded and their method of entry. Each entry must be made by the individual entrant only. You cannot enter for someone else and you can only enter each contest once per event. 2. Contest methods may include random telephone selection, postcard entry, printed entry blanks and website Internet entry. 3. When any contest has a deadline for entry, the deadline is clearly indicated in on-air promotional announcements and any written rules. 4. Contests and promotions are open to listeners ages 18 or older unless otherwise indicated. 5. Ozark Radio Network reserves the right to limit the winning of prizes (valued $0-$499) to once every 30 days per household. Ozark Radio Network reserves the right to limit the winning of major prizes (valued $500 and more) to once every 12 months. 6. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, if any. All federal, state and local laws apply. 7. No purchase is necessary to participate in contests and promotions. 8. There are no prize substitutions. Prizes are non-transferable and are not negotiable. Prizes can't be exchanged for cash. 9. Some prizes have restrictions, or expiration dates and do not include gratuities. 10. The Participant agrees, in the event of winning the contest, as a condition of receiving the prize, wherein the Participant agrees that he/she has entered the contest at their own risk and agrees to indemnify and hold forever harmless Ozark Radio Network, its affiliated and parent companies, its staff, sponsors, promotional agencies, agents, assigns or any of their staff responsible for injuries, accidents, misfortunes or causes of action arising from or in connection with the Participant’s participation in the contest and/or acceptance and use of the prize. 11. Any and all disputes, conflicts, interpretations, questions or concerns regarding rules, contests and/or their associated prizes will be determined by Ozark Radio Network in its sole discretion and whose decisions are final 12. Ozark Radio Network reserves the right to amend or change the above rules at anytime as well as end a contest at anytime. All decisions of station management with regard to the awarding of prizes, the selection of winners and the interpretation of these rules shall be final. Each contestant by virtue of entering a station contest agrees to accept the decision of the station as final. 13. Ozark Radio Network is not responsible for any prize mailed by request. Winners are urged to pick up their prize at the radio station. Prizes to be picked up at the station will be held for 7 days. Prizes may be picked up during business hours of 7 am-6 pm Monday thru Friday unless otherwise specified. 14. Employees of Ozark Radio Network and any other sponsors are not eligible. 15. Winner is responsible for all costs associated with travel to any venue or event for which a prize was awarded, unless otherwise specified. 16. Unless prohibited by law, participation constitutes permission for KKDY-FM, KSPQ-FM, KUKU-FM, KUPH-FM, KWPM-AM, KUKU-AM, Ozark Radio Network and contest sponsors, without any further obligation to the contest participant, to use participant’s name, voice, biographical data and likeness for promotional purposes. .

This is accomplished through development and administration of the Governor's Highway Safety Program.
