Land valuations overview: Gympie Regional Council On 31 March 2021, the Valuer-General released land valuations for 24,844 properties with a total value of $4,077,275,390 in the Gympie Regional Council area. The valuations reflect land values at 1 October 2020 and show that Gympie Regional Council has increased by 12.4 per cent overall since the last valuation in 2019. Residential, rural residential and primary production values have generally increased overall. Land values have generally increased since the last valuation, with some increases specific to certain market sectors and localities.
