BEASLEY BROADCAST GROUP PROMOTES MARK HADDON TO VICE PRESIDENT AND MARKET MANAGER IN AUGUSTA,

NAPLES, Florida, November 17, 2014 – Beasley Broadcast Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: BBGI), a large- and mid-size market radio broadcaster announces the promotion, effective immediately, of Mark Haddon to Vice President and Market Manager for the Company’s cluster of radio stations in Augusta, Georgia that includes: New Country Kicks 99 WKXC-FM; 580 AM and 95.1 FM News Talk WGAC; HD 98.3 WHHD-FM; 93.9 BOB FM WDRR-FM; 95 Rock at 95.5 FM and 1480 AM; WGUS-FM The Southern Gospel Station at 102.7 FM and 93.1 FM; and WRDW-AM 1630 News Talk Sports. Mr. Haddon replaces Kent Dunn who, after a long and successful career in the Augusta market, is stepping down from this position to pursue other opportunities.

Most recently, Mr. Haddon served as the national sales manager and digital sales manager for the Beasley Broadcast Augusta cluster, as well as general sales manager for New Country Kicks 99 WKXC-FM. Mark joined Beasley Broadcast Augusta as Kicks 99’s general sales manager in 1993. In 2001, he was given the additional responsibilities of national sales manager and in 2011 was asked to also serve as digital sales manager for the cluster. Mark is a proud graduate of The University of Georgia (UGA), with a degree in Journalism and a veteran radio professional whose broadcasting career began in nearby Thomson, GA at the age of 16. Mark is also involved with Wesley United Methodist Church in Evans as a contemporary worship music leader. He and his wife of 29 years, Adelle Haddon, have two children Mary Catherine, a graduate student at UGA and Taylor, who is pursuing his bachelor’s degree at Georgia Regents University.
