Frequently Asked Questions What is the cost of the College Run scheme? The final cost of the scheme is agreed with the coach companies based on initial numbers. Payments will be requested on a termly basis with payments spread over the academic year. Confirmation of overall costs will be given during the interview process. How much is the deposit? We will confirm the cost of the deposit once we have received quotes from our suppliers. We ask for a deposit to secure your place on either of the two College run transport services. This deposit is non-refundable, unless the student does not meet the entry requirements for the College. This does not include specific entry requirements for the subjects selected at application. How often will payments be requested? We will require payments termly in the first instance. However, we are happy to discuss alternative payment programmes with families if this is difficult. What happens if my child no longer requires the service? We will require one months notice if you wish to withdraw from the transport service. This must be a written confirmation from the parent/carer of the student. How do you reserve a seat on the East County Council bus services?
