From the PlayStation to the PlayStation Portable, Sony has come up with many innovative designs and competitive strategies. Even now the PS2 is selling console in the history of gaming, and is still in production. The PS3 has had its shortcomings in the beginning, but is working its way up the ladder in 7th generation consoles. Only time will tell how the 8th generation holds up.
