Summer Athletic Camps 2012 June 11, 2012 ‐ July 3, 2012

Registration: May 9th, 3rd – 4th Graders May 16th, 5th – 6th Graders Program Overview rd th th May 23 , 7 – 8 Graders District 205 will once again offer summer athletic camps for rd th May 30th, All Grades incoming 3 ‐8 grade students who will attend one of the three District 205 high schools: Thornridge, Thornton, and Thornridge H.S. from Thornwood. Participants must be 8 years of age by 6:00 ‐ 8:00 p.m. 09.01.12 to participate. Participants must bring a copy of their last report card and proof of residence to register for camps. Cost: Young athletes will be introduced to, as well as receive $250 per individual instruction from, all of the athletic teams offered within Average Cost $17.85 a day District 205. The camps also serve as a bridge between the elementary and high school sports programs.

Location: The athletic camp will take place from 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday from June 11th – July 3rd. The final Thornridge High School week of camp will run from Monday, July 2nd through 15000 Cottage Grove Tuesday, July 3rd. Bring this completed and signed form and payment to the Thornridge High School Main Office and/or the Thornton or Thornwood Bookstore during regular business hours. You may also register at one of the three schools on the following Saturdays between 9 AM – 12 PM: March 24th, April 21st, May 12th or May 19th. The process of registration is completed by paying the full fees for the camp(s). Any student, who is registered for a summer camp and does not plan to attend, must withdraw by May 19, 2012. They will receive a refund of tuition for the summer camp less any outstanding fees that are owed to the District. Any student, who does not withdraw and does not attend the camp, will not receive a refund. All refunds will be processed through the Thornridge Cashier and can be picked up at Thornridge after processing.
