This is a ‘good news’ story of a community working together for a successful outcome. Gerald awarded graduation certificates to the inaugural class of the McHardy/Fair Oaks Bike Clinic program. Tiana, Mark and Michael received their certificates to the warm applause of BBAC members, Andrea Adlam (Region of Peel), Stephen Samuel and guests. Graduates were commended on completion of the program, their dedication, attendance, enthusiasm, and their come-early/leave- late/keep-it-tidy behaviours! Graduates were encouraged to volunteer in the next clinic, at our events and to join BBAC. Our bike mechanic instructors: Gerald & Peter; our mentors: Ernst & George were congratulated and thanked. Cherry Skerritt (Peel Region) was praised & wished a speedy recovery.
