In November 2015, he was named Deputy Assistant Secretary (DAS) for Resources in CA, a position in which he is responsible for budgets, strategic planning, human resources, and IT. He has extensive experience domestically and abroad, having most recently served as Senior Advisor in charge of the Electronic Visa Project. Prior to that, Mr. Brennan was the Minister Counselor for Consular Affairs in Mexico, with responsibility for consular operations at the Embassy and nine U.S. Consulates General in Mexico. Scott Feeken MANAGEMENT ANALYST Scott Feeken joined the Foreign Service in 2002 and is a consular officer in the Bureau of consular affairs. He previously served in consular assignments in Kyiv, Manila, Monterrey, and Toronto. He has also served in the Bureau of Legislative Affairs. Before joining the State Department he worked as a Congressional staffer for members of the Kansas Congressional delegation.
