Present Job Profile

This includes administrative responsibilities, patient care, clinical teaching, and academic work. Administrative responsibilities include being the CEO of the mammoth project of developing a world class health institute, recruiting good faculty, inculcating a good work culture and persuading faculty to undertake research oriented projects to contribute to the faculty of medicine. Patient care includes management of all kinds of ENT diseases. I have a special interest in Head & Neck surgery and routinely perform onco surgery and laser surgery. My aim is to make AIIMS Raipur an institute of repute in the years to come.
