In fact, she is still in touch with about half of the classmates she graduated with and has reconnected with her fifth grade teacher. “I really enjoyed the church aspect of school, too. I loved having church as a part of the school week. I was so happy that my parents made the decision to send me to St. Andrew’s.” Barbara enjoyed being involved in plays at SAS and Barbara 1999 singing whenever she had a chance. Academically she was a very good student and was awarded the Grace E. Arents Award for Highest Academic Average at graduation. “My most memorable moment at St. Andrew’s,” she recalled. “I was so excited!” She continued to be strong academically in middle school and high school, taking on roles in student government and studying Spanish and 2013-2014 Honor Roll of Donors St. Andrew’s School gratefully acknowledges the generous support of all our donors.
