Bank of Baroda invites offer for sale-cum-auction of Bank’s owned Vehicle on the date & time mentioned hereunder. Auction in respect of Vehicles mentioned will be conducted on the terms & conditions specified herein stated on the basis of “AS IS WHERE IS & WHATEVER IT IS BASIS”.

AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The Bids offered should NOT BE LESS than the RESERVE PRICE.

2. Bank shall not be responsible for any defects latent or otherwise, damage, decay or any missing parts of the vehicles.

3. Bidding will be for individual vehicle basis, EMD to be paid for each Vehicle.

4. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) to be deposited through RTGS/NEFT/Fund Transfer on or before 01.00 pm on 07/06/2021 to the designated account, the details of which are given as under:- Account Number: - 29040400000417 Type of Account: - OD Account Bank Name: - Bank of Baroda Branch Name: - BKC Mumbai Branch IFS Code: - BARB0BANEAS

5. The intending bidders are required to send quotation for each vehicle in sealed envelope in Annexure A along with details of EMD paid for each vehicle before 1.00 P.M on 07/06/2021 at Baroda Corporate Centre c-26, G Block, BKC Mumbai – 400 051. The duly filled-in, signed, sealed and super scribed envelope must be dropped in the Drop Box placed at the mentioned address

6. The intending bidder/ purchaser is required to submit the attested copies of the following documents along with the bid (s) viz. i) Copy of PAN Card, iii) Proof of Identification (KYC) viz. self-attested copy of Voter ID Card/ Driving License/ Passport/ Aadhar Card etc. iv) Copy of proof of address v) Copy of Cancelled Cheque, without which the bid is liable to be REJECTED.

7. The bids will be opened by a committee constituted by the Bank for the same at 3.00 pm on 07/06/2021 at Baroda Corporate Centre c-26, G Block, BKC Mumbai – 400 051.

8. The intending bidders after depositing the EMD amount are required to submit details of RTGS/NEFT for payment made towards EMD amount along with their contact details viz. names, mobile no. & email id and postal address. The said information is to be send over to Travel desk Department at [email protected] Contact No. 66985182 (10.00 A.M. To 5.00 P.M. Except Sundays and Bank Holidays)

9. EMD amount shall be adjusted in case of the highest /successful bidder, otherwise refunded within 15 working days of finalization of sale. The EMD shall not carry any interest.

10. In case the bidder pays EMD and subsequently fails to participate in the auction on the scheduled date the EMD so paid by them shall be fortified.

11. Auction would commence at Reserve Price, as mentioned against each vehicle. The bidder who submits the highest bid (not below the Reserve price) shall be declared as successful bidder. In case equal amount of bid is received for any car equal bidder shall improve their offer in multiple of Rs. 2500/-

12. The successful bidder shall deposit 25% of the bid amount (in addition of EMD already paid) within (03) three working days on the auction being locked in his / her favour and the balance within 15 days from the date of acceptance of offer. In case, the first successful bidder fails to deposit 25 % of the bid amount as stated above, the offer shall be passed on to the second highest bidder automatically, and further to third highest bidder, if similar situation persists.

13. In above mentioned case, the deposit made by first successful bidder shall be forfeited (EMD and subsequent payments) and the Bank shall be at liberty to sell the vehicle to any other person and in any other manner as it may deem fit.

14. All the charges, Dues to any authority, conveyance, transfer and registration charges etc., as applicable shall be borne by the successful bidder only.

15. Bank reserves the right to postpone / cancel or vary any of the terms and conditions of the auction without assigning any reason thereof.

16. The Bank reserves the right to reject any offer without giving any reasons thereof

17. On payment of the total bid amount, documents relating to the vehicle shall be handed over to the successful bidder to enable him / her to get the vehicle transferred / registered in his / her name.

18. The successful bidder shall arrange to get the vehicle registered in his name and take delivery of the vehicle ONLY after change of name in RC book and Insurance. The aforesaid formalities with respect to registration and name change in RC book, insurance shall be undertaken by

bidder within 7 working days or the sale date, without which, delivery of the vehicle will not be given to the successful bidder.

19. Taxes / Insurance premium that may fall due during this period have to be borne by the successful bidder. The Bank shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, decay and theft of the vehicle or removal of parts from it or in any manner whatsoever.

20. In case of failure of the successful bidder to take delivery of the vehicle within the stipulated period, Bank shall have the option and liberty to sell the vehicle after issuing a suitable notice to the bidder. Post completion of 15 days from issue of mentioned notice, Bank shall be entitled to exercise its option of resale of the said vehicle.

21. The successful bidder shall have no right or claim whatsoever, against the Bank in case of his failure to take delivery, after the stipulated notice period as mentioned in point 18. Further Bank shall not be answerable in any manner for any loss that the bidder may incur on this account.

22. The interested bidder may inspect the Vehicles as mentioned at Jogeshwari and Bhandup locations by contacting the designated persons between 11:00 AM TO 05.00 P.M on 02/06/2021

23. Banks reserves the right to withdraw any Vehicle from the sale process or reject and /or cancel or defer the entire sale process of the Vehicles/ Bids without assigning any reason. Bank reserves the right to add/ modify/ Delete any of the terms and condition at its sole discretion.

24. No further advertisement / notice shall be released on newspaper. In case of any change in terms and conditions, addendum shall be notified only on Banks’ website. Bidders are advised to check the website before submission of EMD / Commencement of auction.
