THE DEVELOPMENT The first phase of the redevelopment programme concluded with the opening of the Debenhams in October 2017.

The redevelopment of the ex BHS is underway to create new units for Wilko and B&M.

The remodelling of the centre has created a great range of new units to complement these anchor stores, providing modern retail spaces appropriate for the trading requirements of major multiple retailers.

The asset development programme has dramatically enhanced vertical connectivity, customer flows and navigation. Clear sightlines encourage circulation, dwell and improve retail fascia prominence throughout the scheme. Public areas have been modernised and de-cluttered, and the car park refurbished and improved.
