PLANT1*, STOYAN BESHKOV2, PREDRAG JAKŠIĆ3, ANA NAHIRNIĆ2 114 West Road, Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire, CM23 3QP, England 2National Museum of Natural History, Sofia, Bulgaria 3Faculty of Natural Science and Mathematics, University of Priština, Kosovska Mitrovica, Serbia ABSTRACT Pyraloidea (Lepidoptera: Crambidae & Pyralidae) were sampled in the territories of southern Serbia, Montenegro, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Albania on a total of 53 occasions during 2014, 2016 and 2017. A total of 173 species is reported here, comprising 97 Crambidae and 76 Pyralidae. Based upon published data, 29 species appear to be new to the fauna of Serbia, 5 species are new to the fauna of Macedonia and 37 are new to the fauna of Albania. The data are discussed. Contribució a L'estudi Dels Microlepidòpters De La Comarca De L'anoia
CONTRIBUCIÓ A L'ESTUDI DELS MICROLEPIDÒPTERS DE LA COMARCA DE L'ANOIA. FAMÍLIA CRAMBIDAE.* per EMILI REQUENA I MIRET • Aquest treball va guanyar «ex-aequo» el III Premi Jaume Caresmar, atorgat l'any 1989 i convocat conjun tament pel M.I. Ajuntament d'Igualada i el Centre d'Estudis Comarcals d'Igualada 11 INTRODUCCIÓ Un dels treballs d'investigació més interessants dins del camp de la lepidopte- rologia se centra en la taxonomia, o sigui, en la classificació i determinació, en aquest cas, dels lepidòpters. Per determinar a quina espècie pertany un lepidòpter, allò més fàcil és fer un reconeixement de la forma i el color de les ales, la qual cosa és factible en molts casos, sobretot en papallones diürnes, però en d'altres varietats, com ara les noc turnes i, especialment, en els microlepidòpters, la correcta determinació esdevé molt més difícil. És per això que haurem d'ajudar-nos en d'altres elements de l'in secte que tinguin característiques més constants que no pas els variables dibuixos de les ales. Un d'aquests elements és la nerviació alar, que es pot posar en evidència mit jançant tècniques adequades i permet realitzar una determinació familiar i en al guns casos fins i tot genèric, però no específic. Un altre element extern de determinació és la forma de les antenes, que ens servirà en alguns casos per conèixer el sexe de les espècies o també, en d'altres, per conèixer la família a què pertany. D'altres elements externs poden ser els palps labials, precisament molt caracte rístics en el grup de microlepidòpters que tractarem ací. -

These comprise taxonomic research and Red List assessments, monitoring of populations and the status of habitats, monitoring of introduced species and research into their ecology and research into the status of pollinators. Further research is required on the effects of invasive species, identification of key pollinators and the effects of climate change. Red List assessments are given for threatened Mollusca, Orthopteroidea and Lepidoptera. Keywords: invertebrate conservation, invasive species, pollinators, Red List assessments, taxonomy In 2001, a meeting was held in Washington to investigate the practicalities of developing a global strategy for invertebrate conservation. This ‘Invertebrate Scoping Workshop’ proposed 8 main actions needed for the full integration of invertebrates in the planning and conservation assessments of the World Conservation Union (IUCN) (IUCN/SSC/CBSG 2001). To date, these have only been partially implemented due at least in part to a lack of funding. The recommendations are being implemented at a local level in Seychelles and this provides an indication of the relevance of these actions to developing conservation action. Taxonomic Specialist Groups of IUCN’s Species Survival Commission cover only a small proportion of the world’s invertebrates. -

Pereira Resumen Con la finalidad de contribuir a un mayor conocimiento de las especies de mariposas nocturnas presentes en el Parque Nacional de Cabañeros y de cubrir, el notable vacío de información disponible hasta la fecha en este campo, a lo largo del año 2009 se han llevado a cabo un total de 20 muestreos con trampa de luz en este espacio natural. Se han identificado 220 especies de Heterocera pertenecientes a 169 géneros agrupados a su vez en 65 subfamilias y 28 familias. De las cuatro estaciones de muestreo elegidas, el Estrecho es la que presenta una mayor riqueza específica con 123 especies catalogadas. Catalog of Lepidoptera Heterocera of Cabañeros National Park (Spain) (Insecta: Lepidoptera) Abstract In order to contribute to a deeper knowledge on the species of moths flying in Cabañeros National Park (Spain) and filling, the great lack of available information to date, during 2009 a total of 20 light-trap sampling cap- tures were carried out within this natural areas. As a result, 220 species of Heterocera have been identified, belon- ging to 169 genera, included in 65 subfamilies and 28 families. Of the four sampling stations chosen, the one called “Estrecho” is the one which has shown a greater specific richness, with 123 catalogued species.
